The text seems to have been read too much into...

The above is essentially support for vigilante capital punishment

Me supporting that kind of action would imply me thinking it's the best way to "solve a problem". Clearly, well, I hoped it was clear from the text, that is NOT the case (cf. "rule-of-thumb" & "THE means"). Not condemning something does not imply supporting it.

instead of by a jury of peers

Look where that jury of peers got Xxxxx (cf. "lame tools"). Unless you mean "instead of by a jury of Xxxxx's peers" -- in that case, hard disagree.

If the "institutions of power" (governments, courts, &c) are not by the people for the people, there's no use for them. More! if they are a tight, closed group of friends that like to play life, no outsiders allowed, everything must go into the trash. It's worse than useless, it's harmful!

Be careful what you hatefully wish for....

I wrote what I thought at the time of writing, no hidden messages. If you reread, repeating myself, you'll notice that I do not support this kind of action, therefore I do not wish for more of it, I only don't condemn it (with the right intentions; cf. "will not blame them"). It's not hateful, because I don't think it's possible to hate someone I don't know personally anyway.

And in case you think, what, then, does "let us not get killed by inaction" mean? Isn't that a clear call for people to get their guns out and start killing whoever they dislike? The answer is, no, of course it isn't! It's a wake up call, not a call to arms. Either people get their asses up, and start doing what they can (cf. "make our own tools"), in the direction they believe in, or they're not gonna like the future.

I will say it as clearly as I can: I applaud the person who takes action, not (necessarily) for the 'action' (which, in this case, very sadly turned out worse than better; I expect you'll interpret this your own way as proof that I indeed support killing, but oh well, what else can I say?), but for the 'taking'!
